I seek a hands-on kitchen role in a professional hotel where I can maintain high food standards, grow into supervisory duties, and work within a collaborative, hygiene-focused team.

I am an experienced hotel kitchen professional with a strong background in maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene in a busy star-hotel environment. I work closely with the sous chef and kitchen team to ensure quality control, accurate inventory and proper handling of supplier deliveries.

I have progressed through kitchen ranks with promotions to Commis III and Commis II, and have been recognized as Employee of the Month. I consistently ensure completed food is correctly wrapped, labeled, stored and that the kitchen is left clean and compliant with health and safety policies.

I bring a polite, approachable manner with good observation skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to building relationships with guests and delivering attentive service.
