Designed and built the project website from scratch and maintain its content management system for a Marie Skłodowska-Curie consortium. Create and publish social media content, track deliverable deadlines, and draft progress reports for European Commission project officers.

Data collection, entry, and quality assurance on a large multi-contributor database. Resolve discrepancies, generate reports, document protocols, and train incoming assistants.

First point of contact for high-volume enquiries from students, faculty, and applicants, with same-day turnaround. Coordinate scheduling, room bookings, and examination logistics across multiple sections and campuses, and maintain confidential student records.

On-site administration for successive cohorts of 30+ participants, including scheduling, accommodation, orientation, and daily logistics. Reviewed roughly 200 applications per cycle for completeness and eligibility, and maintained enrolment records.

Designed and built the department website on the institutional CMS, delivering a mobile-responsive site in under two months. Grew the department's audience from 180 to over 1,500 followers in three months, planning the editorial calendar and producing visual assets.

Managed and updated the Office website using WordPress, developing bilingual English–Italian institutional content communicating the Office's activities and projects.

Front-line service to 600+ travellers daily at two of Canada's busiest airports on rotating shifts, applying statutory rules to individual cases and issuing decisions under time pressure. De-escalated distressed and hostile members of the public and handled personal information under federal privacy obligations.
