I resolve media and call-quality issues including one-way audio, RTP timeouts, codec mismatches, CLI presentation problems, and suspected false answer supervision.
I built lightweight browser-based and spreadsheet tools that automate CDR filtering, number processing, and traffic comparisons across the NOC workflow.
I configure and validate carrier interconnections, monitor traffic KPIs, and analyze CDRs to compare route performance. I use MediaCore, Wireshark, Arptel Netsense, MicroSIP, Excel, and Google Sheets in this work.
