What I'm looking for

I am looking for an entry-level position that allows me to grow my skills in graphic design and customer support while contributing to a dynamic team.

My name is Zain, an 18-year-old recent graduate from Jalaluddin School, where I completed my GCE O Levels. I am passionate about graphic design and customer support, and I am eager to bring my knowledge and skills into practice in a professional environment. I have experience working as a graphic designer for two restaurants and a scuba dive center, where I honed my creative abilities and learned the importance of effective communication in a team setting.

In addition to my graphic design experience, I also worked as a customer support specialist for a foreign photography e-commerce online store. This role taught me the value of customer satisfaction and the importance of addressing client needs promptly and effectively. I am proficient in various design tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and I am excited to leverage my skills in a new role that allows for growth and creativity.
