What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to bring a customer-focused, analytical, and results-oriented approach to a dynamic organization, improving operations, service performance, customer experience, and business outcomes.

I've supported high-volume operations at Phat Buns in Derby, using POS systems, inventory tracking, and order-flow monitoring to improve efficiency during peak service.

At WJ Technology, I analyzed customer issues and service data across two gaming platforms, working against response-time, resolution-rate, and user-satisfaction KPIs to improve retention and service quality.

I've also led interior design projects at Shree Interiors, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, contractors, vendors, quality control, and on-site operations from planning through completion.
