At the National Bank of Egypt, I administer enterprise virtualization across VMware ESXi, Nutanix AHV, and Microsoft Hyper-V for production banking workloads in a high-availability, PCI DSS and ISO 27001 regulated environment.
I patch and migrate workloads across hypervisors using vMotion and live migration without user-facing downtime, build and maintain high-availability clusters, and manage the physical server estate across HPE, Cisco UCS, and Dell hardware. I also monitor Zerto replication and backups, perform VM restores, and remediate hypervisor vulnerabilities.
I operate Citrix VDI end-to-end, from provisioning and session troubleshooting to capacity planning, while managing Dell ThinOS clients through Dell Wyse Management Suite. Previously at TeamLogicIT, I administered Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments, supported Exchange configuration and user lifecycles, and completed email migrations with minimal disruption.
My earlier work in cloud operations, data center operations, and telecom network engineering has strengthened my approach to resilient infrastructure, production changes, and recovery readiness.
