What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Retention & Inbound Sales Specialist with 4+ years of experience supporting US customers across Starlink, SiriusXM, DISH Network, and Booking.com. I focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction while turning inbound demand into high-converting sales outcomes.
In consultative selling roles, I educate customers on services, handle objections, close inbound sales, and keep accurate CRM records. I consistently work toward sales KPIs and use structured communication to guide customers to the right solutions.
On the retention side, I resolve concerns quickly, reduce churn by tailoring promotions, and manage billing issues without sacrificing CSAT or QA performance.
