At Medius, I run end-to-end rebate program implementations across 20+ enterprise accounts, coordinating Finance and payment partners from configuration through reporting.

I onboard customers to new payment methods by gathering requirements, building test files, supporting SFTP connections and UAT, and moving validated configurations into production. As the technical liaison between 25 customers and payment partners, I resolve integration issues, support hypercare, and drive adoption of virtual cards and ACH premium payments.

I built a Python GUI tool that generates virtual-card ROI decks for Sales, modeling conversion probability, tiered rebates, and working capital. I also automated rebate reporting and processing, cutting finalization time by 80%, and automated remittance processing to reduce manual workload by 40%.

Before fintech, I led real-time airport operations at Hamad International Airport, delivered 97.5% first-contact resolution at VistaPrint, and managed client onboarding and retention at UniDev.
