At Harbor (Windwalk Games, Y Combinator W19), I worked on a community platform serving 10M+ registered users. I architected and deployed four production microservices for OAuth flows, real-time data streaming, analytics aggregation, and background jobs.
I reduced YouTube API operational costs by 98% by re-architecting the analytics ingestion pipeline. I also led recovery from a critical MySQL incident that locked more than one billion rows across 270 tables, restoring service to users.
At Harbor, I designed a real-time chat system and later built a custom C++ service bridged to C# over NATS for a Discord SDK integration. I also designed a sentiment analysis pipeline using Google Cloud NLP and Gemini 2.5 Flash to process Discord and Steam messages.
Before Harbor, I led backend development for ShopX (Lohanza), a multi-vendor marketplace, and owned its AWS deployment and infrastructure. I also built Discord bots and a customer-facing subscription platform at Libertas, and delivered mobile applications for Abovav Inc.
