At Sharjah Digital Department, I contribute to Zajel 2.0, a digital correspondence platform built on .NET Core. My work includes backend services and REST APIs, system integrations, workflow enhancements, and production support.
I support migration of 16 years of historical correspondence data and database encryption for documents, attachments, and signatures. I also implemented HashiCorp Vault-based credential management, removing stored credentials from application code and configuration.
At Ever Business Solutions (Intalio), I worked on CTS, building real-time notification flows with RabbitMQ, SignalR, and Firebase that improved delivery time by 60%. I also developed Elasticsearch search and Kibana monitoring, reducing average query and search response time by 45%.
Earlier, I developed product-data APIs and Angular libraries for GFK’s New Load Monitoring platform, and built enterprise web applications at Plano System — Raweek12, including the Truancy Dropout and Prevention System. Across these roles, I’ve worked with clients and engineering teams on requirements, delivery, and production issues.
