What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in an enterprise networking environment where I can apply IT support, troubleshooting, routing, switching, and network configuration skills.

I'm currently providing first-line technical support at New Giza University, resolving hardware, software, network, login, connectivity, and system issues.

I manage support tickets, document incidents, maintain user accounts, and escalate issues when needed while following IT security procedures.

Previously at ADEC Innovation, I installed and configured computer systems, supported Microsoft applications, and delivered timely technical assistance to users.

I'm CCNA certified and build practical networking skills through VLAN, inter-VLAN routing, OSPF, troubleshooting, and basic network security labs using Cisco Packet Tracer.
