I've led engineering at Yakeey, Talabat, MoneyFellows, Vodafone, and Joi Gifts, connecting technical strategy to outcomes across PropTech, fintech, delivery, telecom, and e-commerce. At Yakeey, I restructured engineering into four cross-functional teams supporting a real estate platform with 8M+ users.
