Leading the Anti-Fraud and Collection teams to build reliable and scalable solutions for risk mitigation and customer engagement. Scaled the department from 4 to 15 engineers, optimized team structure, and introduced agile rituals, hiring pipelines, and growth plans.

Managed and guided 4 cross-functional development teams totaling around 20 engineers, focusing on compliance systems including anti-fraud, AML, financial crimes, and sanction list regulations. Led the creation of development processes from the ground up and designed robust architecture for AML business processes.

Implemented payment engine services (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money flow reports, integrations with payment providers) by leading a cross-functional team of 4 backend devs, 2 QAs, 1 frontend dev, and a BA. Managed migration of payment services to Kubernetes, enhancing reliability and scalability.

Led a cross-functional team of 6 backend devs, 2 QAs, and 2 BAs. Led the development and deployment of a fiscal receipt generation and storage system, composed of 30 microservices, handling over 500 RPS and approximately 12 TB of data. Expanded team from 4 to 10 members and streamlined planning and business communication processes.

Tripled the speed of notification dispatch. Developed a system allowing customers to order, pay, and send orders to the kitchen via QR code in restaurants. Transitioned communication between the server and Android/iOS cash register devices from short-polling to message queuing via RabbitMQ, reducing server load by tenfold.

Developed Enterprise client-server emergency notifications delivery systems. Developed microservice-based cryptocurrency trading platform. Participated in various B2B and B2C projects for clients from Russia and worldwide.
