I’m looking for a role where I can own B2B onboarding and translate business operations into automated, data-driven solutions—building integrations, dashboards, and repeatable processes in a collaborative environment.

I’m an experienced problem solver with +3 years spanning B2B onboarding, workflow automation, and technical operations. I specialize in bridging the gap between real business operations and digital solutions—turning operational needs into structured plans, integrations, and measurable results.

In my current Implementation Specialist | Business Analyst role, I designed workflows and AI-powered automation that reduced the implementation cycle time by ~25%. I lead requirement-gathering with enterprise clients, map and configure API integrations for seamless data flow, and build reports and dashboards to improve implementation visibility.

Previously, I led the B2B onboarding process for 200+ F&B businesses, ensuring accurate setup and strong system utilization. I delivered customized training across departments and served as the main expert for a Business Intelligence tool—supporting pre-sales demos, building customized reports, and helping clients gain actionable insights.
