At HealthRecon Connect, I oversee quality assurance across US healthcare RCM operations for approximately 220+ agents and 50 clients, achieving 99.6% overall QA accuracy.
I've progressed from billing and payment posting into specialist-level QA work, auditing billing, payment posting, patient statements, ERA/EFT, credentialing, customer service, and client onboarding. I build QA reports, dashboards, audit templates, and SOPs; identify recurring issues; and provide corrective feedback that improves process accuracy.
I've trained and coached 100+ agents, supported eight client onboarding projects, and served as Team Lead backup for an eight-member team. I also bring hands-on experience with AdvancedMD, Xifin, eCW, Kareo, NextGen, athenahealth, Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets.
