I build AI-powered automation systems as an Independent AI Automation Developer, taking projects from business requirements through implementation. My work includes an AI sales and support agent, lead qualification CRM, CV processing automation, WhatsApp ordering automation, and e-commerce monitoring.

For FlowDesk, I built an AI sales and support agent using n8n, RAG, and Groq, integrating HubSpot with business data and external services. I designed its workflow around knowledge retrieval and controlled customer interactions.

At Group BAHRIA / SMC Bahria, I co-developed a MERN-based maritime logistics platform and contributed to its frontend and AI integration, including document OCR and customs-compliance analysis using Groq / LLaMA. I also built a WhatsApp ordering workflow connecting customer requests, product validation, database data, and automated order creation.
