What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build production AI, conversational AI, NLP, and machine learning products where I can take systems from models and pipelines through deployment.

At Banque de Tunisie et des Emirats, I built an on-premises outbound voice agent that authenticates debtors through EspoCRM, negotiates payment, and logs outcomes without a human agent. I engineered its FreeSWITCH, FastAPI, Silero VAD, faster-Whisper, and Piper TTS pipeline to reach 1.05-second end-to-end latency, alongside Rasa dialogue management, RAG, and multilingual distress detection.

I've also developed AI readiness tools at MyAI Pathways, Sage X3 mobile and support solutions at Inetum, and a MERN and Flutter reward platform at MEDIANET. My projects span OCR, resume matching, MLOps, emotion recognition, and GPT-4 language learning systems using Python, JavaScript, FastAPI, LangChain, Docker, and modern ML tooling.
