My Kaggle work spans computer vision and audio, including a 3D U-Net for cryo-electron tomography that earned a Gold Medal and was published by the Chan Zuckerberg Imaging Institute as the BPD model. I’ve also built semi-supervised audio models and MRI abnormality detection systems.
