I'm looking to lead talent acquisition and HR operations in a growing organization where I can build teams, improve hiring systems, partner with leadership, and support workforce growth.

I've recruited more than 200 professionals across software engineering, AI, product, QA, UI/UX, and business functions for technology organizations.

At OgeeksTech, I lead HR operations, workforce planning, employee lifecycle management, and organizational development. I recruited 30+ software engineers in three months, designed a local-market salary scale, and led the operational setup of the Palestine office.

Previously at Tech360–Ejada Systems, I onboarded 60+ employees, optimized ATS workflows, and supported changing workforce needs. At ASAL Technologies, I recruited 100+ IT professionals and built teams supporting multinational projects involving Apple and Microsoft.

I bring full-cycle recruitment, technical sourcing, compensation design, employee relations, and practical HR process improvement to high-growth teams.
