I am a dedicated software engineer with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras. Currently, I am working at Slice, where I have successfully redesigned and scaled the Video KYC onboarding system, increasing its capacity from 100 calls monthly to 25,000–30,000 calls daily. My focus on optimizing backend flows and frontend applications has ensured seamless functionality for over 100 operational agents and 20–30 auditors daily.

My achievements include designing a plug-and-play KYC module that integrates across multiple products, significantly reducing development time for new launches. I have also implemented a robust deduplication system to prevent fraud and integrated full-text search capabilities using Elasticsearch, enhancing conflict detection accuracy. My work has contributed to managing over 12 million user records and ensuring data consistency across all products, playing a critical role in regulatory compliance.
