I’m looking for a role where I can lead finance transformation and O2C/working capital improvements—partnering with leadership to strengthen controls, automate reporting (Power BI), and deliver executive insights that drive sustainable profitability.

I’m a Strategic Finance and Business Performance professional with 10+ years of progressive experience leading Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllership, Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Shared Services, and Order-to- Cash operations across multinational organizations. I focus on improving profitability, strengthening financial controls, optimizing working capital, and enhancing cash flow with executive-level insights.

In my current role as a Consultant – Order-to-Cash (O2C), I advise Finance, Operations, Commercial and Shared Services teams on O2C optimization strategies that strengthen cash flow, improve billing efficiency, and reduce operational risk. I lead end-to-end O2C process reviews across billing, dispute resolution, collections, and receivables management, and I build Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks to improve billing accuracy, dispute aging, and DSO performance.

Previously, I led budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning as an FP&A & Business Performance Manager, and I improved planning accuracy while increasing group profitability by approximately 30% through optimized cost allocation and transfer pricing strategies. As a Senior GL& Finance Transformation Lead, I improved the effectiveness of financial controls by approximately 60%, reduced tax exposure from approximately £2M to £6K, and supported tax risk reduction by approximately 20%—coordinating audits with PwC, EY, and regulatory bodies.
