I’m a motivated Physics Honours student with practical experience in call center operations and teaching, focused on helping students and clients move forward smoothly. I bring strong customer relationship management, baseline guidance, and clear communication in Bengali with moderate English.

As a Call Center Executive, I answered customer inquiries, updated log data, tracked delivery issues through internal systems, and maintained contact follow-ups. Previously, as an Assistant Teacher (English), I taught regular lessons, maintained student performance sheets, and conducted periodic counseling—experiences that shaped my systematic follow-up and tracking mindset. I’m now seeking an Admission & Visa Processing Executive role to support the USA student admission team using customer service, profile follow-up, and basic data management.
