What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality strategy for product teams where I can improve release stability, build strong QA practices, mentor engineers, and use automation and AI-assisted testing to deliver reliable software.

At Jeeny, I lead a QA team of 10 engineers and own end-to-end testing strategy for 20 mobile app releases each month. I help deliver releases on time with zero critical post-release defects.

I reduced production bug leakage by approximately 30% through stronger regression coverage, release validation gates, and structured pre-release sign-off. I also drive root cause analysis across APIs, ELK and New Relic logs, and databases, reducing issue-resolution time by 30–40%.
