Over the years, I've developed a knack for identifying areas for improvement and finding creative solutions to challenges. I've managed projects of all shapes and sizes, from small-scale initiatives to large-scale enterprise deployments.

My expertise lies in scaling projects to meet the needs of growing organizations. Whether it's expanding a product line, launching a new market, or optimizing a system. As an experienced business developer and project management professional, I've founded and managed successful start-up projects across multiple industries, working with top-tier brands along the way.

I established a food event start-up and led end-to-end management of festivals for USAID projects, with USAID as the main sponsor. I also founded a start-up of food trucks and scaled it up into a food carts manufacturing business. With my current employer, I scaled and established an awards program for the B2B fintech industry, managing recruiting for my function and supporting management in scaling up the business.

As a project management professional, I introduced project management practices and established a PMO function to facilitate agile projects. Later on, I implemented project management practices in clients' services, aiming to improve the quality of deliverables and ensuring that all delivery channels were up to pace. Currently, I'm an aspiring PMP candidate preparing to take the exam.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, playing cricket, and reading books.
