I am a dependable bilingual (French/English) customer service professional with five years of experience in the service industry, focused on inventory management, merchandising, and customer retention.

At Eifel Mountain Golf Course I organized the pro shop, handled cash and safe operations, multitasked across roles including temporary cook, and oversaw government purchase card operations and financial accountability.

Previously, I strengthened store presentations and merchandising at Army And Air Force Exchange Services and managed bar inventory, cash handling, and customer service as a bartender at Chili's on Ramstein Air Force Base.
