What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in UX and digital product work where I can research user needs, collaborate across teams, turn insights into practical improvements, and keep learning through hands-on product discovery and iteration.

I've contributed user research, competitive benchmarking, and product improvement ideas for Moving Wise, Globin, and Hunter, translating user and business needs into practical digital product concepts.

At GS Pro Master Moving, I conduct surveys and feedback collection, collaborate with developers, designers, web animators, architects, and operations stakeholders, and create structured documentation and information architecture in Microsoft Teams.

I'm currently building my UX practice through hands-on discovery projects, using Figma, AI-powered tools, market research, wireframes, prototypes, and direct feedback to iterate on better customer experiences.
