What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design user-centered digital products where I can turn research, customer feedback, and systems thinking into clear, scalable experiences.

At The Coherence Project, I lead UX research and product design for a self-initiated digital offering for creative professionals. I’ve translated feedback from 20+ coaching and consulting sessions into personas, empathy maps, journey maps, and six product iterations.

I redesigned delivery from live 1:1 sessions into a recorded-video analysis system and onboarding email journey, reducing delivery time by 50% and doubling monthly client capacity. I also rebuilt the sales page in Lovable, refining messaging, information hierarchy, and copy through 10+ rounds of AI-assisted iteration.

Previously at Midasoft Latinoamérica, I supported the full customer lifecycle for engineering software, contributing to 40+ license acquisitions and $150K+ in recurring revenue. I bring systems thinking, technical depth, user empathy, and clear communication to building experiences people can confidently adopt.
