I’m a remote, global Web3 growth and brand content operator focused on turning scattered product information, market topics, campaign needs, and cross-functional materials into executable content systems. I use AI agents to standardize materials into repeatable workflows—so teams move faster without losing brand tone.

I built a content operations framework connecting brand narrative, executive viewpoints, SEO education content, and campaign distribution—from topic planning to review. I managed the CMO personal account and brand account matrix, designed content calendars and image/video briefs, and turned product concepts into searchable SEO long-tail content through localized publishing.

I planned AMAs and thematic campaigns, and mapped target audiences, communication paths, and reusable review templates for cross-community distribution. I operated social media content from scratch by separating education, engagement, and conversion rhythms across Twitter/X and Instagram, using bilingual Q&A topics to reduce repetitive explanation costs.

I also run AI workflow / content ops and knowledge base processes—standardizing source materials, briefs, and SOPs into AI-ready inputs for content production. On the fintech side, I supported KYB/KYC and payment operations documentation by translating merchant onboarding and customer communication into FAQs, operating notes, and internal training materials.
