I am an enthusiastic IT Infra System Security Professional, focused on architecting, developing, and troubleshooting systems to improve security and reliability. I bring the drive to resolve complex issues and keep environments secure through continuous audits, updates, and best-practice configuration.

In my IT Infra and Security role at Lohia Group (KD Infra), I designed and implemented IT security policies and procedures, strengthened protections against internal and external threats, and supported secure remote access. I handled Active Directory group policy deployment, managed network performance monitoring, and worked with cloud virtualization such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.

In Network Security Support, I provided Sophos customer technical support for installation, configuration, and network troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, Mac, and Unix. I used in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and ARP for packet traces, and supported protocols including DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, SMB, VRRP, along with VPN protocols such as IPSec, PPTP, and SSL.

Recently, as an L2 IT Support Engineer at S NATEK, I supported multiple companies with onboarding provisioning, secure access, and infrastructure troubleshooting. I managed Fortinet firewalls and security appliances, administered Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune), and ensured compliance and security through routine audits—backed by certifications including CCNA, CompTIA Network Security, and Fortinet/Security credentials.
