I am looking for a role that combines my marketing expertise with my passion for music and technology, offering opportunities for growth and creativity.

I'm Mitch Decker, a dedicated marketing professional with a strong background in business and a passion for music production. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and I'm currently pursuing a Master of Music in Music Production, Technology & Innovation at Berklee College of Music in Spain. My diverse educational background equips me with a unique perspective on blending marketing strategies with creative endeavors.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various roles, including as a Job Coach at the Colorado School for the Deaf and Blind, where I supported students in developing essential life skills and building independence. My role as a Marketing Assistant at Joan Pratt Real Estate allowed me to leverage my skills in CRM software and database management to enhance client engagement and streamline marketing efforts. Additionally, my experience as an Administrative Assistant at the Denver Center Performing Arts honed my organizational and communication skills, enabling me to provide exceptional support to the HR team.
