I’m looking to own end-to-end delivery for website and digital marketing projects, be a client-facing POC, and lead cross-functional teams. I want an Agile, fast-paced environment where I can improve timelines, handle change proactively, and support account growth.

I’m a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience delivering 15+ website development and digital marketing projects in fast-paced agency environments. I act as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for 20+ clients, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from requirement gathering and scope definition to launch and post-delivery support.

I lead cross-functional delivery teams of 11 in-house professionals and 5+ freelancers, coordinating developers, designers, SEO specialists, and marketers. I build and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines using Jira, Trello, and Asana, and I’ve reduced project delays by ~20% through proactive risk identification and dependency tracking.

I also support growth through outreach and branding: I manage and optimize the Founder’s LinkedIn profile, plan and write content around IT services and digital marketing, and use AI tools for content ideation and asset support. In previous roles, I handled discovery, proposals, scope documents, and client communication—bridging sales to delivery while meeting business targets.
