I coordinate stakeholder requirements, deliverables, documentation, reporting, and operational issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
In my current Deputy Manager role at Union Mutual Fund, I work with Operations, Compliance, Investment, and Customer Service teams to manage business requirements, prepare MIS reports and dashboards, track CRM activities, and identify process-improvement opportunities.
