I've supported patient care at El Paso Behavioral Health System, Salud Y Vida, and Emergence Health Network through behavioral health services, medical documentation, and clinical administration.

As a Mental Health Technician, I recorded vital signs, observed and documented patient changes, followed therapeutic treatment plans, protected patient rights, and served as a liaison for homebound services. As a Medical Scribe, I maintained medical histories, coordinated referrals and prior authorizations, supported orders and labs, processed prescriptions and refills, and followed billing, coding, OSHA, and HIPAA procedures.

I'm building on this hands-on experience through Medical Assisting and CPT certifications and an Associate degree in Health Administration.
