I’m looking to drive data-driven strategic initiatives—building dashboards, running KPI and risk reviews, and improving processes through feasibility work and cross-functional execution to deliver measurable ROI and efficiency gains.

I’m a Strategic Projects Analyst focused on transforming data into business intelligence that supports strategic decision-making. In my current role, I support planning and execution of strategic initiatives through feasibility assessments, cost–benefit analyses, KPI monitoring, and risk summaries—helping improve project delivery timelines, ROI accuracy, and stakeholder alignment. I also standardize reporting and build performance dashboards and tracking tools that increase milestone visibility and decision speed.

Previously, I worked as a Business Strategic Analyst / Business Efficiency Data Analyst, where I used operational insights, KPI reviews, waste analysis, and dashboards to reduce excess labour costs and material waste while improving departmental performance visibility. Earlier experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst and Financial & Operational Analyst strengthened my ability to uncover root causes, forecast trends, manage SQL/Python/R-based analysis, and deliver clear executive reporting that drives operational improvements and risk reduction.
