What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a data/BI role where I can build Power BI + SQL insights that directly improve SLAs, CSAT, and agent performance. I want to collaborate across teams, support data governance, and deliver executive-ready narratives that drive better operational and resource decisions.

I’m an ALX-Certified Data Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. I’m analytical and detail-oriented, focused on turning complex datasets into clear, decision-ready insights.

I’ve authored and delivered 5 data narratives to donors and operational datasets, translating large-scale information into actionable stories that influence executive decision-making. I also helped support executive policymaking and resource allocation decisions for funds totaling $1M.

I build cross-functional Power BI dashboards and models—using DAX KPIs, interactive drill-through, and data governance practices. I’ve analyzed over 15,000 records to identify operational bottlenecks, map queue-time plateaus, and connect regional variations to precise timeframes.

Across my roles, I’ve applied statistical analysis and operational performance modeling to improve SLAs, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and agent performance.
