I’m an ERP Team Lead and Solution Architect with 6+ years delivering enterprise ERP implementations across India, Bahrain, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. I specialize in hands-on delivery across both Odoo and ERPNext ecosystems, including architecting a multi-tenant ERP-as-a-Service platform from the ground up for Middle East clients.

I’ve led cross-functional teams of up to 7 engineers across 15+ ERP, SaaS, web, and mobile projects, owning the full delivery lifecycle—from requirement discovery and solution architecture to custom development, UAT, deployment, and post–go-live support. I’m client-facing by design, running executive stakeholder workshops and managing delivery timelines, scope, and risk to keep results dependable, including a 90% on-time delivery rate.

Some of my standout work includes replacing a fully manual, paper-driven contract process with a custom ERPNext workflow for Kochi Metro Rail Ltd., with custom approval workflows, audit-ready reports, and automation rules that improved contract review speed and visibility. I also own platform end-to-end accountability, building standardized onboarding to reduce effort for new clients, and scaling team quality through code review, QA, and release process design.
