At RSSR Softwares Pvt. Ltd., I lead and mentor a four-member development team delivering web and ERP solutions. I develop .NET Core REST APIs and University Management ERP modules, and contribute to the front end with React and TypeScript.

At M. S. Technologies, I modernized a desktop HRMS/Payroll product into a web solution using .NET Core MVC, and developed portals including Employee Self-Service and Employee Credit & Thrift Society. I also configured Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and deployed production environments on AWS EC2 and IIS.
