What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a meaningful position where I can use my knowledge, skills, and abilities to contribute to the organization and my own growth.

At Jamaica Customs Agency, I process passengers entering the country and facilitate the entry of goods arriving as courier cargo, using ASYCUDA in my current Customs Officer role aligned with Airport Operations.

Before this, I served as Acting Customs Officer, handling clerical duties and customs work related to exporting commercial goods through Seaport Operations. As a Records Officer, I carried out clerical duties across Marine Operations and occasionally acted in a higher capacity.

My supply chain studies at EXCELSIOR COMMUNNITY COLLEGE covered operations, materials and inventory management, purchasing, and supplier relationships. I completed my BSC. IN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT with Upper Class Honours and also earned an AS. IN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT.

During my internship at JAMAICA PUBLIC SERVICE CO., I shadowed staff in logistics, warehouse, inventory management, purchasing, and contracts, and assisted with tasks that I eventually carried out without supervision. I also gained experience as a transcriptionist and data entry clerk during my internship at JAMAICA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
