Mishelly Tellez

I am an architect and urban planner with professional experience in urban design, public-space planning, project coordination, and team leadership. I currently work as a Deputy Director in an urban planning and design department, where I coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee multiple urban projects from planning and design through technical review and implementation.

My experience includes the development and coordination of projects involving streets, pedestrian infrastructure, parks, public spaces, cultural facilities, and other urban interventions. I work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate project requirements, review technical and architectural plans, monitor deliverables, identify project constraints, and support decision-making.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in project organization, design review, problem-solving, communication, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. I enjoy turning complex requirements into clear, functional, and visually strong design solutions, while maintaining attention to technical details and project objectives.

I also have a strong creative background as a designer and illustrator, including experience creating visual content and illustrating children's books. I am particularly interested in opportunities that combine design, architecture, urban planning, creativity, and technology.

I am currently expanding my skills in data-driven approaches to the built environment and digital tools, with a long-term interest in urban analytics, spatial data, and smart cities.
