What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead sustainable building, architectural, and construction projects where I can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, deliver certification outcomes, and balance quality, cost, schedule, and environmental performance.

I’m a Senior Project Manager and licensed Architect in Guatemala with international experience across architecture, construction, sustainability, BIM, and project delivery.

My experience combines two sides that I consider essential to successful projects: strong project management and creative design thinking. I can move from budgets, schedules, procurement, technical coordination, and contractor management to architectural design, space planning, materials, FF&E, 3D visualization, and client presentations. This allows me to understand a project not only from a management perspective, but also from the design intent behind it.

I’ve worked across residential, commercial, corporate, institutional, and high-end projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients across different markets. I’m experienced in taking projects from early design and planning through documentation, construction, quality control, and final delivery, always balancing aesthetics, functionality, cost, schedule, and quality.

Creativity is a major part of how I work. I enjoy developing architectural and interior concepts, exploring materials and color palettes, producing 3D models and visualizations, and finding practical solutions that strengthen both the design and the user experience. I continuously stay current with design trends, construction technologies, digital workflows, and AI-powered tools that can improve visualization, productivity, research, coordination, and project communication.

My technical toolkit includes Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, D5 Render, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Project, Excel, SAP, Jira, ClickUp, and Zoho CRM, and I’m always learning new platforms and workflows that make project delivery more efficient.

I’m particularly interested in remote and international opportunities where I can combine project leadership, architecture, design, technology, BIM, sustainability, and creative problem-solving.

I’m a U.S. citizen based in Guatemala and can work with U.S. companies without sponsorship.
