What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Data Analyst or actuarial opportunity where I can turn compliance and KPI data into clear dashboards, reports, and predictive insights—while building toward SOA credentials in risk, liability modeling, and valuation.

I’m an Applied Statistics honours graduate (expected August 2026) with 14 months of internship experience in KPI reporting and compliance analytics. At PRAZ, I worked with monthly returns data to improve integrity, validate records, and translate findings into decisions for management.

I collected and validated monthly returns from 125+ public procuring entities, achieving a 98% data completion rate for critical compliance reports. I analyzed procurement data to track KPIs for compliance with the PPDA act, producing and presenting 10+ weekly and monthly analytical reports that informed policy review discussions.

I also supported compliance monitoring and auditing by conducting on-site audits at 15+ entities and monitoring the eGP system by checking an average of 50 tender publications per week. I documented discrepancies with 95% accuracy, and I supported 50+ bidders through the certification process—reducing average correction time by an estimated 20% through proactive communication.

My projects reflect how I like to move from analysis to insight: I built an interactive SME survival dashboard (65,351 firms) using Kaplan-Meier survival curves and hazard ratio analysis, and I also developed a loan approval prediction analysis using R (dplyr, ggplot2). I’m seeking a role where I can combine statistical thinking, reporting discipline, and data quality to produce actionable, data-driven results—and keep progressing toward SOA credentials.
