I am a recent graduate with a First Class degree in Applied Statistics from Midlands State University. In my current role as a Property Management Officer at EPG Global Real Estate, I manage the trust account and oversee all rent charges, ensuring accurate financial transactions. I utilize the Nhakr system for online receipting, which has significantly improved the efficiency of payment processing and record-keeping. My experience also includes generating statistical reports on tenant statements and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with property management regulations.

Previously, I interned as a Debt Clerk at Mutare City Council, where I maintained a database of customer accounts and conducted data analysis on financial transactions. I developed and presented monthly statistical reports using Microsoft Excel, effectively communicating insights to stakeholders.
