I've supported dairy biotechnology research at Lahore College for Women University, isolating and identifying bacterial species from cheese samples to assess microbial quality and safety.

I run DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, microbial culturing, and fermentation monitoring end-to-end. I also develop protocols, prepare samples, and maintain SOP-compliant lab documentation.

I turn experimental results into SPSS and GraphPad Prism visualizations used for quality-control decisions, while tracking pH, temperature, microbial growth, and contamination against food-safety standards.

I co-founded Ferma Tech Lab, a fermented-food biotech concept that won 1st Position at Entrepreneurial Expo 3.0 for translating cheese-fermentation research into a startup pitch. I'm looking to bring this combination of lab research, data analysis, and food-safety practice to QA/QC, R&D, or food-biotechnology work.
