Misako Lauritzen

I’m a go-to-market and business/organizational modeling strategist who helps organizations unlock growth through strong partnerships and effective market entry. Since 2000, I’ve worked with platforms in the global entertainment industry, implementing and executing strategies across regions.

My work is especially focused on global partnership search and contract negotiations, as well as cross-border investor search and related operations—often including pitch deck creation and delivery. I’ve also led global talent management (agency operation), and supported political outreach as a Deputy Campaign Manager and policy researcher for Eric Curry for Congress.

At Dyna-Search, Inc., I served as Director of Research/Project Director for 20 years, starting as a business researcher/analyst/writer and authoring numerous books, articles, and research papers on business trends, strategies, management, and corporate culture. Building on studies like “The Zappos Miracle,” Dyna-Search developed Core Value Management, and I led consulting and workshops on identifying core purpose/values, values-based leadership, hiring based on core values, and measuring success—while developing proprietary training materials for clients in the U.S. and Japan.
