I’m looking for a remote role where I can support customers and business operations, handle data accurately, and use tools like Excel to deliver fast, reliable outcomes in a team that values communication and problem solving.

I’m a Professional Virtual Assistant and Customer Support Specialist with experience handling customers, managing data, and supporting business operations. I ensure responsive, friendly service—whether assisting passengers, answering inquiries, or resolving complaints.

In my roles, I delivered strong communication and problem solving while maintaining accurate records and databases. I’m confident using Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP), Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Canva, and I’m currently building my foundation through my B.Sc. Geography studies and ND Computer Science.
