I'm looking for a customer service, front desk, or administrative role where I can support customers, learn workplace technology, and develop professionally.

At Phonetics Communication, I assisted customers, answered questions, communicated product information, and built positive relationships through respectful service.

I'm developing practical IT support skills through Digital Witch Community training, using workplace tools such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, and Loom. I'm interested in customer service, administration, and technology roles where I can contribute and grow.
