I’m an accounting professional with a long track record spanning commission accounting, restaurant finance, and client-facing support. In my most recent role as a Commission Support Specialist at AppDirect, I support advisors by resolving issues efficiently and managing high-priority tickets with professionalism. I act as a liaison between Advisors and Providers to improve reporting accuracy, perform account audits to reconcile discrepancies, and manage a high-volume dispute pipeline to minimize delays.

Earlier in my career, I handled financial reporting and analysis as a Restaurant Accountant, managed accounts payable and receivable, and supported general ledger maintenance. As a Commission Coordinator-Accounting Assistant, I managed AP/AR for 400+ employees, monitored quotas and commissions, built customized management reports and Year to Date commission reporting, and ensured compliance with accounting deadlines—supported by customer-centric troubleshooting, communication, and SLA-driven execution.
