What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own accurate reconciliations and GAAP reporting, support month-end close, and improve internal controls—while using data visualization to make financial information actionable and understandable.

I’m an Accountant who builds confidence in financial accuracy through “prepare and process complex accounting transactions” and thorough review and reconciliation of subsidiary systems to the general ledger. I’m especially effective at identifying root causes, researching issues, and recommending corrective actions to reduce future errors and inconsistencies.

In my roles, I’ve supported monthly close by reviewing monthly financial statements, analyzing variances, preparing journal entries and invoices, and conducting GAAP research to resolve transactions. I also strengthen reliability by maintaining internal controls, ensuring compliance with internal control processes and corporate/department policies, and coordinating with internal and external customers.

What I bring beyond the books is analytical communication—using “Excel charts and data analysis” and strong data visualization and presentation skills to make reporting clearer.
