I’m looking for a role that blends accounting fundamentals with efficient office operations—using QuickBooks, AP/AR, reconciliation, and Excel reporting to control costs, support compliance, and streamline processes with a team-focused approach.

I’m a results-driven professional combining nearly a decade of restaurant management with day-to-day accounting and office operations. I’m currently pursuing a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, strengthening my ability to support small-business financial workflows with confidence.

As an Office Manager & Accounting Associate, I manage all QuickBooks operations for a small construction company, including daily bookkeeping and account reconciliation. I run full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, coordinate tax preparation assistance, and use Excel for job costing, budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Earlier, I progressed from busboy to Restaurant Manager and led a team of 100+ employees. I controlled costs through inventory ordering, vendor relationships, and cash management, while ensuring health and safety compliance and resolving customer escalations to protect guest satisfaction.
