I’m looking for a team where I can own end-to-end data science delivery—problem framing, scalable pipelines, and production-ready insights—while partnering across wet-lab, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to create measurable research and business impact.

I’m a Senior Data Scientist and computational researcher with 10+ years of experience across life sciences, oncology, and AI-driven analytics. I author peer-reviewed publications and focus on turning rigorous computational work into practical, decision-ready outputs.

I’ve published 9 peer-reviewed papers with 240+ citations on my lead work, and I’ve created two R packages—CINNA (CRAN) and IMMAN (Bioconductor)—with 90,000+ combined downloads. My work has appeared in venues including Blood, Leukemia, and Bioinformatics.

I lead cross-disciplinary projects end-to-end—from problem framing and pipeline design to production-ready tools and stakeholder-ready insights. Recently, I’ve delivered knowledge-graph and graph ML frameworks (Neo4j) integrating multi-omics data, and I’ve designed Snakemake-based HPC pipelines for scalable WGS/WES variant calling and single-cell RNA-seq analysis.

I also bring statistical computing depth and regulatory data discipline, with experience across CDISC, SDTM, and ADaM, as well as clinical phase context. Alongside delivery, I enjoy teaching and open-source contributions that broaden impact across academic and industry communities.
